Shipping & Returns Policy
We pack and dispatch orders daily and once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number (provided you chose the tracked option).
Our products are now shipped directly from Canada, and our shipping costs and timelines are as follows:
Canada*:
Standard International: $13.50 and delivery within 3-10 business days (we cannot always guarantee these timelines, as customs can cause delays)
USA:
Standard: Free shipping and delivery within 2-5 business days
Returns
Every SpaZa product is handmade with care but if for some reason, it is not what you expected, please let us know so we can make it right for you. You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging, and is done at your own cost.
