This website ships daily from beautiful Cumberland British Columbia, Canada. If you are visiting us from the USA, you should order here. If you are in the UK or Europe, this is your local. 

If you live in Cumberland or Courtenay (howdy neighbour!) we offer FREE LOCAL DELIVERY daily in Cumberland and every Monday and Thursday in Courtenay. 
Have your orders in before noon on those days to be included in the round.

All other orders are being sent daily via Canada Post. You will have the option of Regular Parcel™ (3-9 days) or Xpressmail™ (2 days)  when checking out.  Shipping is calculated by weight and distance. 

 

Returns

  1. Let us know so we can issue an unpaid shipping return label
  2. Get it back to us in under 14days
  3. Once we have received it we will refund the cost of the product

Every SpaZa product is handmade with care, but if it’s not quite what you expected, please let us know—we want to make it right. We strive to represent our products accurately, but if you order the wrong item, you’re welcome to return it in its original packaging so someone else can enjoy it. Just reach out, and we’ll provide a return shipping label—return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We kindly ask that returns be made within 14 days of delivery

The word 'furoshiki' comes from Japan and is a reference to both the art of wrapping and the fabric itself, which can be reused multiple times to wrap gifts, vegetables, or to decorate the home.
