If you live in Cumberland or Courtenay (howdy neighbour!) we offer FREE LOCAL DELIVERY daily in Cumberland and every Monday and Thursday in Courtenay. 
Have your orders in before noon on those days to be included in the round.

All other orders are being sent daily via Canada Post. You will have the option of Regular Parcel™ (3-9 days) or Xpressmail™ (2 days)  when checking out.  Shipping is calculated by weight and distance. 

 

Returns

  1. Let us know so we can issue an unpaid shipping return label
  2. Get it back to us in under 14days
  3. Once we have received it we will refund the cost of the product

Every SpaZa product is handmade with care, but if it’s not quite what you expected, please let us know—we want to make it right. We strive to represent our products accurately, but if you order the wrong item, you’re welcome to return it in its original packaging so someone else can enjoy it. Just reach out, and we’ll provide a return shipping label—return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We kindly ask that returns be made within 14 days of delivery

Our reusable bread loaf bag is an essential bakers tool however they are also great if you prefer to stop at the local bakery on your way home.  Hand printed in gold or navy in our Sunbird print, organic cotton allows for air to circulate while retaining just enough humidity to keep artisanal bread crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.
