If you live in Cumberland or Courtenay (howdy neighbour!) we offer FREE LOCAL DELIVERY daily in Cumberland and every Monday and Thursday in Courtenay. 
Have your orders in before noon on those days to be included in the round.

All other orders are being sent daily via Canada Post. You will have the option of Regular Parcel™ (3-9 days) or Xpressmail™ (2 days)  when checking out.  Shipping is calculated by weight and distance. 

 

Returns

  1. Let us know so we can issue an unpaid shipping return label
  2. Get it back to us in under 14days
  3. Once we have received it we will refund the cost of the product
